Position Description: We are seeking an experienced System Analyst (SA) with a strong background in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring that healthcare applications and systems meet business needs regulatory standards and quality expectations.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Gather analyze and document business and system requirements
. Work closely with stakeholders including clinicians operations teams and IT teams
. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
. Analyze existing systems and propose enhancements or new solutions
. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations (e.g. HIPAA HL7 FHIR)
. Support system integration across healthcare platforms (EHR/EMR systems)
. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation processes
. Coordinate with development QA and DevOps teams for smooth delivery
. Identify risks dependencies and provide mitigation strategies
. Maintain comprehensive documentation and process flows
. Designed and managed test environments on AWS.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
. Strong experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst
. Deep understanding of Healthcare domain workflows (claims provider payer EHR/EMR)
. Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD FRD SRS)
. Knowledge of healthcare standards like HL7 FHIR ICD CPT
. Experience working with AWS services
. Experience in system integration and data mapping
. Good understanding of SQL for data analysis
. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
. Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
. Experience with Healthcare applications
. Exposure to API integrations and microservices architecture
. Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA)
. Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence Visio

Good-to-Have Skills:
. Certifications in Healthcare (HL7/FHIR) or Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA)
. Experience working with US Healthcare projects
