Are you a senior expert who thrives on turning complex theory into deployable reality We are looking for an experienced consultant to accelerate one of our most critical autonomous drive this role you will bridge the gap between system architecture safety and practical validation to secure our next major milestones.

The Mission

As a Feature Leader your primary objective is to drive end-to-end integration and improve the coherence of our validation evidence. You will operate at the intersection of development and release ensuring that our path to a driverless launch is structured auditable and efficient.

Your key responsibilities:

• Structure Evidence: Organize safety and cybersecurity artifacts into a coherent auditable evidence and gate architecture.

• Define Readiness: Establish clear release readiness criteria and decision support frameworks.

• Bridge the Gap: Translate Item Definitions and Initial Driverless Launch Product Definitions into pragmatic system-level test plans and acceptance criteria.

• Optimize Workflows: Unblock verification by improving test workflows and maximizing rig/truck utilization.

• Diagnostics & Monitoring: Establish practical health/DTC monitoring and escalation processes while distinguishing between infrastructure and software issues.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment across engineering operations safety and cybersecurity stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Your Profile

We are looking for a confident leader with deep technical roots. Senior expiernace from the automotive industry and a combination of technical depth and leadership. You should be as comfortable designing high-level processes as you are navigating hands-on vehicle diagnostics.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in System Architecture and tool/process design.

• 10 years of experiance from Automotive.

• Hands-on experience with Vehicle/ECU diagnostics and test automation.

• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment in complex engineering environments.

• An outcome-focused mindset with the ability to create pragmatic solutions for complex problems.

Meriting Experience:

• Previous experience working with the SVAT platform is highly valued.
