We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Solution Specialist to join our remote this role you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring clients and internal stakeholders receive effective scalable and high-quality solutions. You will play a key role in understanding requirements designing tailored solutions and supporting implementation efforts that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
* Analyze client and business requirements to design effective and scalable solutions.
* Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional designs.
* Support the implementation and configuration of systems platforms or applications.
* Ensure solutions align with organizational goals performance standards and best practices.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
* Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements and understand business challenges.
* Present solution proposals demos and recommendations clearly and effectively.
* Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
Technical Support & Optimization
* Troubleshoot issues provide root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
* Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve technical challenges.
Process Improvement & Innovation
* Identify opportunities to improve workflows systems and solution delivery processes.
* Contribute to the development of best practices documentation and knowledge bases.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
* 3 years of experience in solution consulting business analysis technical support or a related role
* Strong understanding of system implementations integrations and business processes
* Experience with CRM ERP SaaS platforms or enterprise applications
* Excellent problem-solving analytical and organizational skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in SaaS fintech healthcare or enterprise technology environments
* Familiarity with APIs system integrations and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
* Knowledge of project management or agile methodologies
* Experience with tools such as Salesforce ServiceNow Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms
* Certifications in relevant technologies or solution consulting
