French: C1-C2 (fluent/native) English: B2 Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Previous customer service experience is a plus Availability to work on-site in Braga
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday NO WEEKENDS! Rotational shifts between 07:00 19:00 Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 930 14 months Performance Bonus: 115 12 months Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day (net) Transport allowance: 20/month Paid training and career development
