Lisbon Portugal On-Site Dutch English Monday to Sunday - 07:00 to 23:00 (rotative shifts). At a later date TBC: 24/7 - Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts) Start Date: 30/Apr/26 2 Rotative days off

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our clients team in this role you will provide exceptional customer support handle inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication in Dutch and English.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in Dutch and English

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

Maintain high-quality service standards and follow company procedures

Document customer interactions and update records in the system

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Work rotative shifts to provide continuous customer support

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

Ability to work rotative shifts including weekends

Candidates who have never worked for the client before (please do not apply if you have previously worked for ByteDance regardless of LOB BPO or country)

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:

Competitive base salary

Attendance Bonus: 100 per 11 months

Meal Allowance: 7.63 per day

Welcome Bonus: 1500 - paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

Relocation support: For candidates relocating from outside Portugal - shared accommodation available (up to 12 months details discussed during interview). Relocation support also available for candidates relocating within Portugal
