Job Overview
We are building a talent pool for a detail-oriented and highly organized CRM Admin Support (HubSpot). This role is primarily focused on managing and maintaining CRM data supporting sales and marketing operations and ensuring the efficient and accurate use of HubSpot across teams potentially for an international client based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration (HubSpot)
Manage and maintain CRM data ensuring accuracy consistency and completeness
Create update and organize contacts companies deals and pipelines
Perform regular data cleaning deduplication and database audits
Customize properties fields and pipelines based on business needs
Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and marketing teams
Sales & Marketing Support
Assist in managing deal stages tracking progress and updating records
Support email marketing campaigns lists and segmentation within HubSpot
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for CRM updates and requirements
Monitor workflows and automation ensuring proper functionality
Provide support in lead management and nurturing processes
Administrative Support
Document CRM processes and best practices
Assist in onboarding team members on CRM usage
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks related to CRM and operations
Ensure timely updates and follow-ups on CRM-related activities
Qualifications
Experience: 24 years of experience in CRM administration data management or a similar role; hands-on experience with HubSpot is required
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM; familiarity with email marketing tools automation workflows and reporting dashboards
Data Skills: High attention to detail with strong data management and organizational skills
Soft Skills: Proactive reliable and able to work independently; strong problem-solving abilities
Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Other: Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and professionalism; experience working with international clients is an advantage
