Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone chat email and social media
• Handle flight bookings ticket modifications and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Clearly explain airline policies baggage allowances fare conditions and travel regulations
• Support passengers with check-in procedures boarding information and general travel questions
• Recommend suitable travel solutions based on customer preferences and needs
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Maltese residency card
