Our client a growing iGaming operator is launching a new online casino and sportsbook brand targeting Arabic-speaking markets with an initial focus on the GCC region. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of the brands growth customer acquisition localisation promotions and day-to-day operations while working closely with internal teams to build and scale the business.
Responsibilities
Drive the development and growth of the brand within Arabic-speaking markets.
Own the brands positioning tone of voice and Arabic-language content.
Monitor and analyse key business KPIs including acquisition retention and revenue.
Work closely with acquisition affiliate social media CRM and product teams to execute growth strategies.
Identify evaluate and support relationships with affiliates partners and marketing channels relevant to the target market.
Review and approve localised content landing pages promotional materials and campaigns.
Plan and manage promotional activities for both casino and sportsbook products.
Support the localisation of CRM campaigns and customer communications.
Optimise promotions and campaigns based on customer behaviour and performance data.
Handle first-line customer support during the initial launch phase and help establish service standards.
Develop FAQs knowledge base content and customer support processes.
Manage website content updates translations banners and promotional pages.
Ensure a high-quality Arabic user experience through ongoing testing and quality assurance.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to support business growth.
Requirements
Previous experience within the iGaming industry ideally in Marketing CRM Affiliates Acquisition Brand Management or Country Management.
Native or fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
Strong understanding of GCC markets and Arabic-speaking customer behaviour.
Knowledge of the affiliate and partner landscape within the Arabic iGaming sector.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience launching a new brand or entering a new market would be considered an asset.
Knowledge of popular regional sports including football cricket MMA horse racing and Formula 1.
Familiarity with CRM platforms CMS systems reporting tools and back-office platforms.
Relevant qualification in Marketing Business or a related field.
Based in Malta or willing to relocate.
