Hireroo is seeking a Finnish speaking VIP Account Manager on behalf of our client a leading player in the iGaming industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to build and maintain relationships with high-value players ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
As a Finnish speaking VIP Account Manager you will play a crucial role in engaging retaining and growing the companys VIP customer base working closely with internal teams to optimize the VIP experience.
Location: Hybrid / Malta
Responsibilities:
As a VIP Account Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage and nurture relationships with VIP customers providing personalized support and an outstanding gaming experience.
Drive customer loyalty and engagement through tailored interactions and exclusive offers.
Identify and acquire new VIP players ensuring continued business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product and customer support to enhance the VIP program.
Monitor and analyze player activity behavior and trends to maximize revenue and optimize engagement strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights on VIP performance recommending improvements where necessary.
Requirements:
Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish and English (both spoken and written).
Minimum 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry preferably in a VIP or account management role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and player behavior.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
Proven track record in customer acquisition retention and revenue generation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
