LOCATION: Malta On-Site LANGUAGE REQUIRED: German (C2) English (C1) SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday rotative 8-hour shifts between 09:0018:30 START DATE: 1 April 2026

ABOUT THE ROLE: Join the German-speaking support team for a leading international airline. You will be the first point of contact for customers handling enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Handle inbound customer contacts in German across multiple channels Assist with flight bookings reservations and general airline enquiries Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards Follow established procedures and escalation protocols

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: German at C2 level English at C1 level Strong communication and customer service skills EU documentation required
