Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone email and in person.
  • Communicate with Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking customers to understand their needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Manage appointments service documentation and follow-ups.
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
