About the Team

About the Role

As a Functional HCM Consultant you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workdays product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years of functional experience with at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core Talent Management Talent Acquisition and Benefits.

• 3 years consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.

• 3 years implementing or working with Workday SAP Oracle PeopleSoft ADP Ultimate or similar applications.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

• English communication skills written and verbal.

Cualificaciones básicas

• Más de 3 años de experiencia funcional con al menos una de las siguientes soluciones de HCM: HCM Core Gestión del Talento Adquisición de Talento y Beneficios

• Más de 3 años de experiencia en consultoría ya sea como consultor en una empresa de servicios profesionales o como consultor interno.

• Más de 3 años implementando o trabajando con Workday SAP Oracle PeopleSoft ADP Ultimate o aplicaciones similares.

• Se requiere título universitario (licenciatura) o experiencia equivalente. Habilidades de comunicación en inglés tanto escritas como orales.

• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.

• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-

• training.

• Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
