About the Role
As a Functional Payroll Consultant you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workdays product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.
Como Consultor Funcional de Nómina será responsable de garantizar la implementación exitosa de las soluciones de producto de Workday. Aportará su experiencia en implementación a nuestros clientes comprendiendo al mismo tiempo la mejor manera de configurar y probar las soluciones de Workday para satisfacer sus requisitos empresariales.
About You
3 years of functional experience in US Payroll and/or Time Tracking Absence or Scheduling
3 years consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.
3 years implementing or working with Workday SAP Oracle PeopleSoft ADP Ultimate or similar applications.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
English communication skills written and verbal.
Cualificaciones básicas
Más de 3 años de experiencia funcional en nómina de EE. UU. y/o control de tiempo gestión de ausencias o planificación de horarios.
Más de 3 años de experiencia en consultoría ya sea como consultor en una empresa de servicios profesionales o como consultor interno.
Más de 3 años implementando o trabajando con Workday SAP Oracle PeopleSoft ADP Ultimate o aplicaciones similares.
Se requiere título universitario (licenciatura) o experiencia equivalente. Habilidades de comunicación en inglés tanto escritas como orales.
Other Qualifications
Passion for customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-
training.
Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
