SAP P2F Consultant

• Drive business value of own (sub-) process depending on overall process strategy
• Communicate and implement continuously the (sub-) process production (fine) planning (Plan to Produce) on global level
• Take care of all Plan to Produce deployment tasks in rollout project incl. implementation of respective Production Fine Planning system
• Align and adapt the (sub-) process changes including requirements from users norms standards and other processes
• Support definition of the roadmap to roll-out and increase the maturity level of the (sub-) process
• Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards e.g. within a S/4 HANA transformation project
• Drive digitalization and automation in planning related processes
• Monitor relevant key performance indicators initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities
• Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes 
• Intensive communication collaboration and change management in an international environment

Qualifications :

• Several years of experience with S/4 especially in Production Planning area
• Deep knowledge of SAP PP ideally with rollout experience
• Relevant university degree (e.g. Business Administration or Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing processes
• Several years of experience in consulting or industry preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail
• Extensive business experience in planning processes from projects and / or operations
• Strategically thinking and a strong mindset to drive improvement and operational excellence

• Ready to work in an international environment willing to travel regularly
