Glow25 is growing fast in B2B. Beyond grocery retail and drugstores were now expanding our specialty channels: pharmacies travel retail concept stores and online retailers.

Were looking for a Key Account Manager France who develops these channels strategically builds new partnerships and scales existing accounts with a clear focus on revenue growth brand presence and operational excellence.

This is where we need your support:

• Channel Development: You build and develop our specialty channels in France: pharmacies travel retail online retail and concept stores.
• Account Management: You manage existing partners and win new customers through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.
• Promotions & Trade Marketing: You plan promotional activities secondary placements and point-of-sale materials in close collaboration with the marketing team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with marketing operations regulatory and e-commerce to ensure smooth execution.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: You spot trends identify new distribution opportunities and develop strategies tailored to the French market.
• Trade Shows & Partner Events: You represent Glow25 at industry trade shows and customer meetings across France.

You have the following experience:

• Several years of experience in key account management ideally with a focus on pharmacies travel retail or online retail
• A background in FMCG beauty or health
• A structured self-driven way of working with a strong commercial mindset
• Fluent French and English; German is a plus
• Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace Slack Asana and a CRM system
