What Were Looking For

We are currently looking for experienced Portuguese Immigration Lawyers with a strong interest in Immigration and Global Mobility to join our international team as freelance collaborators.

This role is ideal for professionals who want to focus on delivering high-quality legal solutions within a modern international structure without being involved in business development or administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with international individuals and corporate clients.
• Advise on immigration and mobility strategies in Portugal (visas residence permits workforce relocation citizenship).
• Manage applications and processes with Portuguese authorities (AIMA consulates registries).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless mobility experience for clients.
• Maintain organized case tracking and communication through CRM tools.

Note: Lead generation is handled internally you will work with qualified and validated clients.

Requirements

• Law degree obtained in Portugal.
• 4 years of experience in Immigration Law ideally with exposure to international mobility cases.
• Experience with key processes such as D7 D8 D2 family reunification and nationality.
• Strong client management skills especially with international profiles.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1). Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.
