Retail store replenishment
-
Monitoring timely retail store replenishment from warehouse & pullback store from stores to warehouse.

Planning & managing the inhouse & courier deliveries depend on retail store locations.

Managing disputes raised by courier & warehouse.

Retail Cost Savings
-
Drive initiatives to achieve up to 40% cost savings across retail logistics operations through route optimization vehicle utilization and process efficiencies.

Identify high-cost areas and implement corrective strategies in coordination with vendors and operations teams.

InHouse Vehicle Delivery (Within-City Stores)
-
Lead the transition to 100% in-house delivery for within-city store logistics.
-
Manage and monitor a fleet of in-house vehicles ensuring optimal scheduling tracking and turnaround times.

Coordinate with retail teams to streamline intra-city delivery cycles.

Technology Development RTV & Retail
-
Collaborate with internal product and tech teams to enhance systems for RTV (Return to Vendor) and retail operations.

Automate and digitize tracking documentation and approvals to improve transparency and reduce manual interventions.

RTV Closure (10-Day TAT)
-
Ensure end-to-end closure of RTV processes (from creation to final dispatch) within 10 calendar days.

Liaise with store operations vendors and warehouse teams to drive adherence to TATs.

Maintain real-time dashboards and escalation mechanisms for pending RTVs.

Vendor and Finance Reconciliations

Coordinate quarterly reconciliations with vendors and internal finance teams from the logistics function.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of shipments returns and delivery acknowledgements to avoid disputes.

Support internal audits and MIS reporting related to retail logistics transactions.
