Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Junior Communications Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing our communication strategies both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage media relations including building and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Monitor and analyze communication trends to adjust strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and strengthen employee engagement.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for events initiatives and programs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications role preferably within a corporate or nonprofit environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
- Familiarity with media relations and experience in handling press inquiries.
