Key Responsibilities:
- Running your own section with confidence and consistency
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with our menu and standards
- Working closely with the Head Chef to keep service running smoothly
- Maintaining a clean safe and organised kitchen environment
- Keeping an eye on stock levels and minimising waste
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Two years of previous experience as a Demi Chef ideally in a hatted restaurant
- A passion for food and an eye for detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Team player attitude with a dash of creativity
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
