Job Summary

SALES MANAGER (Registered Pharmacist) - Pharma

We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist to join our team as a Sales Manager supporting our product portfolio and ensuring SAHPRA compliance on the distribution side. This unique role blends commercial leadership with regulatory oversight ideal for a pharmacist with strong customer-facing and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow customer accounts including pricing and volume negotiation

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Ensure SPHPRA compliance and oversee Good distribution Practice (GDP)

Provide regulatory guidance and maintain all required documentation

Analyse market and competitor data to support business strategy

Ensure accurate CRM usage (Dynamics 365) and digital engagement

Monitor customer payment terms and minimize commercial risk

Represent the company at industry evens and support sustainability iniatives

Requirements

Registered Pharmacist (SAPC) essential

Bachelors degree

- 3 years experience in a commercial role within industry

Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure and engage at all organizational levels
