Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces (scraping sanding patching caulking priming)
- Apply paints stains and coatings using brushes rollers or sprayers
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Protect surrounding areas (masking drop cloths etc.)
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Deliver consistent high-quality workmanship
