About The Role

As a School Experience Coordinator you will:

• Deliver an exceptional experience for prospective families through tours communication and program knowledge
• Manage the enrollment process from inquiry through first day including family onboarding and records management
• Support school operations including health and safety procedures and licensing compliance practices
• Create a warm welcoming and organized front-of-house experience for families and staff
• Identify opportunities to enhance the family experience through thoughtful touches and engagement
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation aligns with state licensing requirements
• Partner with school leadership to continuously improve systems and processes
• Serve as a positive professional presence and culture carrier within the school

• Have 35 years of experience in education administration or customer-facing roles
• Have coursework or experience in early childhood education (preferred but flexible based on state requirements)
• Must meet all background check and eligibility requirements for child care staff in accordance with Alabama DHR regulations.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
