This role is designed for established Travel Agents and travel advisors who are interested in applying their experience within a remote professional environment focused on leadership development client engagement and career progression.

• Support structured professional conversations focused on career growth portability and leadership development
• Apply client service and relationship management experience within guided advisory interactions
• Build professional engagement through digital platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom globally
• Contribute to communication initiatives aligned with development and leadership themes
• Manage responsibilities independently while following established operational systems and compliance standards

Background & Expertise

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Travel Agent travel advisor or within travel and client service roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building capability
• Experience supporting clients through planning decision-making and service delivery
• Confidence using remote collaboration platforms and digital communication tools
• High levels of accountability professionalism and self-management
