Paid Time Off & Leave Benefits

Pay Rate
$19.25
*$2.00 per hour for routes requiring CPR certification

Position Responsibilities
- Assist adult passengers with physical emotional or mobility needs
- Ensure safe boarding seating and exiting from the vehicle
- Monitor passenger wellbeing throughout the route
- Communicate professionally with drivers dispatch supervisors and program staff
- Follow all safety procedures route instructions and company policies
- Provide a calm respectful and supportive presence at all times

- Able to pass a nonDOT drug test and physical
Schedule & Pay Stability
- Guaranteed minimum: 20 hours per week
- Average: 2025 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Routes may offer additional hours
- Consistent work all year:no unpaid breaks
