Paid Time Off & Leave Benefits

Pay Rate

$19.25
*$2.00 per hour for routes requiring CPR certification

Position Responsibilities

• Assist adult passengers with physical emotional or mobility needs
• Ensure safe boarding seating and exiting from the vehicle
• Monitor passenger wellbeing throughout the route
• Communicate professionally with drivers dispatch supervisors and program staff
• Follow all safety procedures route instructions and company policies
• Provide a calm respectful and supportive presence at all times

Schedule & Pay Stability

• Guaranteed minimum: 20 hours per week

• Routes may offer additional hours
• Consistent work all year:no unpaid breaks
