About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a global corporate travel and events management company that delivers tailored solutions across corporate energy marine and MICE sectors supported by a strong international network and innovative technology.
Job Responsibilities
Define and execute long-term business strategies to drive market growth across key sectors (Corporate Energy Marine and MICE)
Lead commercial activities by managing sales pipelines securing high-value B2B clients and building strategic partnerships with airlines and hotel groups
Oversee daily operations including ticketing visa processing and 24/7 travel support while ensuring high service standards
Take full ownership of P&L including budgeting forecasting and cost control initiatives
Drive digital transformation through the adoption of modern booking tools and payment platforms
Lead mentor and develop cross-functional teams while fostering a high-performance culture
Job Requirements
510 years of experience in commercially driven senior roles (e.g. GM Head of Sales) with at least 5 years in leadership positions
Bachelors degree level of education is preferred
Experience in the travel industry or familiarity with GDS/OBT platforms is a must
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing business operations
Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English
Strong network within corporate or government sectors is an advantage
