Are you a recent MBA (HR) graduate looking to kick-start your HR career with hands-on exposure to HR operations documentation and process excellence in a global environment This opportunity is for you!
Role Overview
We are hiring one HR Intern to support our HR team in clean-up and validation of Employee Personnel Files (P-Files) across APAC regions ahead of an SAP migration and to assist in revising updating and publishing HR Process SOPs.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented fresher who enjoys working with documents process improvements and structured data.
Location & Work Model
- Location: EC Bengaluru
- Work Model: Hybrid Office on Tuesday & Wednesday
- Shift: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM IST
- Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
Contract Details
- Type: Intern (Full-Time)
- Duration: 3 Months (Contract-to-Hire opportunity)
- Notice Period: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Clean organize and validate Employee Personnel Files (P-Files) for APAC employees
- Ensure documents meet compliance and audit standards
- Assist in reviewing updating and formatting HR Process SOPs
- Support SOP version control and publishing
- Coordinate with the Hiring Manager/Coach for documentation accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data
Eligibility & Skills
- MBA / PGDM in HR (Fresher preferred 06 months experience)
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and process orientation
- Willingness to work on documentation-heavy tasks
