Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to support departmental leadership in managing administrative operations developing programs and driving operational efficiency. This role will focus on strategic planning compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advisory and technical support to departmental leadership
Assist in managing administrative functions policies and procedures
Support development and implementation of new programs systems and processes
Conduct research data analysis and present actionable recommendations
Lead and support special projects based on operational needs
Develop short- and long-term plans to meet organizational goals
Monitor budgets expenses and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations
Represent leadership in meetings committees and workgroups
Oversee coordinate and evaluate staff or project teams
Qualifications:
Option 1:
Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Public Administration Business Administration Organizational Behavior Psychology or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in program development systems management or administrative operations
At least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role
OR
Option 2:
Bachelors degree in a related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience
