Job Summary
The Planning Manager for Taiwan leads end-to-end (E2E) planning and the Customer Service (CS) organization to deliver reliable product availability best-in-class customer experience and business growth. This role owns Taiwans S&OP/IBP planning cadence partners closely with TW commercial teams and serves as the TW Supply Chain OBL (Operations Business Leader) to orchestrate cross-functional execution and communication between Supply Chain and the business. Success requires strong leadership crisp stakeholder communication collaboration at speed and sharp business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Taiwans demand supply and inventory planning processes to meet service cost and cash targets.
- Lead the Supply Review and represent Supply Planning in Demand Review as part of S&OP.
- Balance supply/demand in abnormal situations and resolve through structured exception management.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and maintain transparent project/risks/benefits lists.
- Partner closely with TW Sales/Marketing on demand shaping promotions and NPI/conversions.
- Collaborate with regional/global SC functions to ensure resilient supply and inventory optimization.
- Define and deliver KPIs (Service level Forecast Accuracy Inventory turns Schedule adherence).
- Drive TPM/Lean and digital analytics to improve responsiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulatory trade and company policies.
- Lead coach and develop the planning and CS teams; foster a culture of accountability and agility.
