Job Description

As aSr Category Supplier Managerfor theFacilitiesEquipmentcategoryyou willbe responsible forvalidating strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and the respective internal partners and stakeholders. You will be conducting strategic sourcing initiativesplanandexecutenegotiations using supplier and industry analysisbenchmarkand cost management. Through management of the category strategy you will also be building trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders driving best-in-class costsupplyand resilience.

Category Management & Strategic Sourcing

Implement processes tomonitorstakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers.

Recommend targets to maximize value such as high revenue spend reductionpurchasingefficiency customerservicesand supplier management.

Analyze sourcing trends and make recommendations for assigned categories.

Participate in supplier segmentation and strategicgoal-setting.

Develop category strategies for managed categories andvalidatestrategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners.

Cost Management & Analysis

Identifyand evaluate category-specific savings/revenue levers

Drive category savings/revenue and scorecard metric targets

Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal stakeholders

Utilize should-cost models for assigned categories that are benchmarked and relevant to the global marketplace

Negotiation

Lead orparticipatein negotiations for contract extensions and renewals renegotiation of prices transfersetc

Lead sourcing events/RFQ process into bundled negotiation

Incorporate savings targets and contract requirements into negotiations

Develop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and create negotiatemonitorand enforce contracted terms and conditions

Conduct strategic sourcing initiatives negotiations and cost management using supplier and industry analysis.

Business Partnering

Collaborate with Stakeholders to Deliver Strategic Solutions

Develop andmaintainexpertisein the assigned spend categories through relationships with key stakeholders

Drive customer-centric approach to solving issues andrepresentingProcurement

Develop andmaintaincollaborative partnerships to enhance cost-effectiveness supply chain efficiency and resilience.

Requirements:

Minimum10years of experience inFacilitiesCategory

A relevantBachelorsdegree or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing.

Strong negotiating and analytical skills.

Strong communicationskills and ability to effectively manage relationships with various individuals involved.

Advanced skills in material cost structure understanding and analysis
