Sr Project Manager

1. Lead full-cycle EPC projects for water treatment systems (wastewater UPW reclaim chemical systems) covering initiation costing engineering procurement construction commissioning and final acceptance.
2. Serve as the primary customer interface especially with TSMC managing requirements clarification TCC discussions scope alignment risk management and schedule control.
3. Handle front-end tender activities including cost estimation BOQ/engineering quantity evaluation proposal (RFP) preparation and bid strategy.
4. Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (engineering procurement fabrication construction QA/QC EHS) to ensure project objectives are met within schedule and budget.
5. Oversee site execution including installation system integration commissioning (FAT/SAT) and system handover.
6. Lead joint tender and joint execution efforts with strategic partners (EPC contractors OEMs civil/M&E subcontractors) including scope division interface management and collaborative planning.
7. Drive project documentation control EHS compliance customer audits contract management and project closing activities.
8. Monitor cost change orders invoicing progress and overall project P&L performance.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
5 years of EPC or water treatment project management experience.
Direct experience working with TSMC specifications fab facility requirements or water/chemical plant projects (MANDATORY).
Experience in tendering cost estimation proposal writing and bid coordination.
Proven capability to collaborate with external partners on joint bids and joint EPC execution.
Excellent leadership communication contract negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in UPW/STP/reclaim/wastewater or semiconductor facility EPC projects.
PMP or other project management certifications.
