Role: AI Platform Engineer (LLM / Agentic Systems)

About the Role

We are building a Hybrid Agentic AI Platform that operates across AWS multi-cloud and customer environments. This role will design and implement the core intelligence layer including LLM integration agent orchestration and context-aware decisioning.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows and orchestration systems

• Implement RAG pipelines (retrieval embeddings context building)

• Integrate LLMs (hosted/private) into enterprise workflows

• Build QA scoring evaluation and feedback loops

• Optimize prompts latency and response quality

• Ensure secure data handling (no-retention in-memory processing)

• Collaborate with platform and FDE teams for real-world deployments

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming

• Hands-on experience with LLMs / GenAI systems

• Deep understanding of RAG embeddings vector databases

• Experience with APIs and distributed systems

• Familiarity with AWS (Bedrock Lambda S3 etc.)

Nice to Have

• Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain LangGraph etc.)

• LLM evaluation frameworks and guardrails

• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures
