As a Dispatcher at Aculabs you will be responsible for overseeing specimen collection services across a designated region. Your primary role is to coordinate and support the activities of our mobile teamincluding phlebotomists and couriersto ensure all blood draws and specimen pickups are completed accurately on time and in accordance with company protocols.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate route coverage for mobile staff by assigning phlebotomists and couriers based on service needs.
- Monitor field performance and communicate issues to supervisors.
- Verify timekeeping records communicate discrepancies and ensure documentation of absences with accuracy.
- Track and confirm specimen arrival and assignment completion using company software and reporting tools.
- Ensure timely completion of all scheduled and STAT venipunctures and pickups.
- Communicate effectively with Client Services and other internal teams about service disruptions.
- Participate in required weekend rotation and maintain reliable attendance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Gmail etc.)
- Ability to learn and navigate CRM and dispatch systems such as RingCentral SugarCRM Encore and Power BI
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams including Regional Supervisors Quality Assurance and Client Services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in healthcare logistics dispatch or medical office administration preferred
