OVERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Business Analyst on the PMO team will be responsible for analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the project management domain. This role requires strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of business operations within the tech and healthcare industries.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems within the PMO team to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements specific to project management in healthcare
- Develop and present detailed business cases and project proposals to drive operational excellence
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments
- Prepare and deliver reports presentations and documentation to stakeholders
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned

QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or a related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the tech industry preferably with a focus on project management in healthcareStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in business analysis tools and softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of industry standards and best practicesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMasters degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related fieldExperience with project management methodologies. PMP certification preferredFamiliarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
