At Amazon Supply Chain - Transportation we strive to find the fastest and most reliable way to deliver packages to our customers. The position requires a person with skills to identify patterns and any interruptions in them along with the ability to examine details and anticipate the implications of the data. The candidate must be analytical know how to go through the root causes and propose solutions to the problems identified. This team is expected to audit and provide process improvements to our Vendors Sellers and Operations team to increase the overall Customer Experience in transportation services; therefore the candidate must have the appropriate communication skills to transmit results and escalate when necessary every time looking to raise the bar.

Key job responsibilities
- Work in an ambiguous environment where the final solutions are not always clear.
- Take responsibility for contacts with vendors/sellers/employees ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.
- Manage related KPIs to measure control and compare Transportation Programs including the creation of recurring metric reports.
- Manage and maintain the details and progress of employee training.
- Continual tactical communication with external customers (Carriers Vendors/Sellers) and internal customers (Retail Finance Fulfillment Centers).
- Execute the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the WePay and FBA-PCP program and review the results with local stakeholders.
- Collaborate in the development of standard working documents.
- Manage the performance of vendors.

- high school diploma or bachelors degree
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- 2 years of transportation and supply chain experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level including: pivot tables macros index/match vlookup VBA data links etc.
- Data management Vendor management Transportation & Logistics.

- Experience pulling data from databases using Excel Access SQL and/or other data management systems
- Internal-External stakeholder management Data analysis negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement.
- A self-starter who loves data and who enjoys spotting the trends in it!
