Description

Devsinc is looking for high-potential fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Outbound B2B Sales & Lead Generation specifically targeting the North American market.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills a sales mindset and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced outbound-driven sales environment. You will work closely with experienced Sales and Global B2B teams to generate leads qualify prospects and build a strong sales pipeline through structured outreach and prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers across North America and EMEA.
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email LinkedIn and structured multi-channel prospecting sequences.
  • Identify and understand customer pain points to initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT (Budget Authority Need Timeline).
  • Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Maintain and update CRM records tracking outreach and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging and targeting.
  • Continuously build knowledge of market trends buyer behavior and Devsinc offerings.


Requirements
  • Fresh graduate (or up to 6 months experience) in Business Sales or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (must meet professional U.S. business standards).
  • Demonstrated interest or exposure to sales business development or client interaction (internships projects societies etc.)
  • Confident articulate and comfortable engaging with international clients.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales or lead generation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Google Workspace or CRM systems is a bonus.
