We are looking for a driven and consultative Enterprise Sales Executive to lead new business development for our software development services. You will own the full sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing the contracts with a focus on mid-to-large enterprises across key industry verticals.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract close
Identify qualify and develop new enterprise accounts in target verticals
Build and nurture C-level and VP-level relationships (CTO CPO CIO)
Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand client technical and business needs
Develop compelling proposals RFP responses and SOW documents
Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to structure winning solutions
Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue in CRM on a weekly basis
Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows
Drive account expansion and upsell opportunities within existing clients
Requirements
5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience preferably in IT services or software
Experience selling to technical buyers (CTOs VPs of Engineering Product)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) agile and modern tech stacks
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Ability to manage long complex sales cycles (312 months)
Self-motivated with strong organizational and pipeline management skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance including 3 years in a leadership or management role.
