About the Role
We are seeking an experienced handson Controller to lead MTech Systems accounting operations during a critical period of growth and transition. This role owns accounting governance internal controls and close oversight while serving as the primary liaison with auditors and group finance.
This is a highimpact leadership role for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting expertise with operational ownership.
What Youll Do
- Own accounting governance policies and internal controls (FARC)
- Lead monthly quarterly and annual close with a focus on balance sheet integrity
- Oversee cash flow management and working capital reporting
- Own CapEx budgeting governance and actuals tracking
- Serve as primary audit lead and liaison with external auditors and group finance
- Provide final authority on accounting and technical accounting decisions
- Oversee international accounting and tax considerations across multiple entities
- Lead mentor and develop members of the accounting team
- Partner crossfunctionally with FP&A FinOps Payroll and leadership
