Your work profile

• We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience inAdobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sitesto support digital experience initiatives. The role involves gathering business requirements translating them into functional specifications and working closely with product design and development teams to deliver scalable AEM solutions.
• Gather analyse and documentbusiness and functional requirementsfor AEM Sites implementations.
• Work closely with stakeholders product owners and technical teams to translate requirements intouser stories and acceptance criteria.
• Supportbacklog grooming sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical teams to clarify requirements.
• Ensure alignment betweenbusiness needs and AEM capabilities.
• Track requirements changes and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT coordination and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Key skills required:

• Experience working as aBusiness Analyst in digital/CMS projects.
• Good understanding ofAdobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites capabilities.
• Strong experience inrequirement gathering user story creation and documentation.
• Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using tools such asJIRA Confluence or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes

Location and way of working:

• Base location: Bangalore
• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
