What You Will Do:

• Supervise 24/7 GSOC operations ensuring continuous monitoring of global facilities and assets.

• Lead and mentor GSOC operators including scheduling training and performance management.

• Develop implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and emergency response protocols and improve policy procedure and technical solutions

• Act as the primary decision-maker during security incidents coordinating real-time responses and communications.

• Ensure effective use of Genetec Security Center and other integrated security technologies.

Who You Are:

• Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Security Management Emergency Management or a related field. If you do not possess a bachelors degree then an additional 3-years of related experience is required.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate security law enforcement military or related security operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in a GSOC or security team leadership/supervisory role.

• Strong working knowledge of physical security systems including access control CCTV and alarm monitoring.

• Proficiency with Genetec Security Center or similar integrated security management platforms.

• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills; ability to develop SOPs and refine workflows.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment (95%).

• <5% travel for field visits/team meetings. Valid passport is required.

• Occasional walking climbing lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Willingness to work flexible hours or be on-call as needed for a 24/7 operation

• This security-sensitive role will require the successful candidate to complete both standard and enhanced background screenings. These screenings will recur periodically for as long as the successful candidateremainsin a security-sensitive positionin accordance withCompany policies and regulatory requirements.
