Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language therapy services. The ideal candidate will evaluate diagnose and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders helping them improve their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess diagnose and treat speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care strategies
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
