Analyst IT Operations( ServiceNow Analyst)

We are seeking an highly experienced ServiceNow Analyst to focus on design build and manage automation solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. This role involves using tools like flow designer Integration Hub Orchestration and ITOM Automation to streamline processes eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities:

Workflow Automation:

Build flows sub flows and actions in Flow Designer.

Automate approvals tasks and notifications and lifecycle processes.

Integration Development:

Use Integration Hub Spokes.

Build custom integration with external tools.

Manage API authentication: OAuth Basic Auth API Keys.

ITOM Automation:

Automate server tasks (eg. Restart services patch and deployment).

Governance:

Ensure automation standards security and naming conventions.

Skills and attributes for success:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).

Overall 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Features: Flow Designer Integration Hub Workspaces Now Assist AI Agents and Proficiency in CSDM framework.

Ability to build strong credible relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
