Noble33 is a premier national restaurant group dedicated to delivering exceptionaldining experiences through innovative design and operational excellence. We areseeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support theexecution of brand and marketing initiatives across our collection ofrestaurants. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Director andis instrumental in bringing initiatives to life ensuring seamless coordinationacross creative digital and in restaurant teams while maintaining theintegrity of the brand at every touchpoint.
Theideal candidate is both creative and operational someone who thrives in afast-paced hospitality-driven environment and has a strong eye for detailtiming and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns partnershipsand brand initiatives across multiple channels
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative operations PR and culinary)to ensure timely delivery of communications and assets
- Manage marketing calendars timelines and project management trackers(e.g. Monday) to keep initiatives on schedule
- Assist in the development and deployment of email SMS and digitaljourney campaigns through CRM platforms (e.g. SevenRooms)
- Leverage AI tools to support ideation insightsefficiencies and innovation
- Assist with coordinating social media content calendars ensuringconsistency with brand voice and campaign priorities
- Assist with in-restaurant marketing materials ensuring accuracy andtimely distribution
- Monitor and manage guest feedback across reviewplatforms ensuring timely thoughtful and brand-aligned responses
- Support reputation management efforts bytracking sentiment identifying trends and escalating guest experienceinsights to the operations teams
- Maintain and update digital platforms ensuringaccuracy of listings imagery and guest-facing information across allrestaurants
- Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign recaps andreporting
- Maintain brand standards across all guest-facing touchpoints
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing hospitality or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Familiarity with CRM Reputation Management and Ai platforms a plus
- Passion for hospitality restaurants and guest experience
