Job Summary
Reporting to: Head of Business Enablement
Overview
A dynamic organisation is seeking an experienced Compliance & Risk Manager to lead and manage risk compliance and information security initiatives across a global client base. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory adherence and audit readiness across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop implement and manage risk and compliance frameworks
- Maintain and oversee compliance with standards such as:
- ISO 27001
- ISO 9001
- Lead business continuity planning and disaster recovery processes
- Develop and manage policies procedures and annual compliance calendars
- Prepare for and manage internal and external audits (including upcoming annual audit)
- Partner with external auditors and third-party vendors
- Ensure compliance training programs (Cyber Security InfoSec etc.) are executed
- Monitor and ensure client compliance across multiple jurisdictions (SA US UK EU ANZ)
- Provide strategic support and enablement across business functions
Requirements
- Degree in Compliance Risk Law Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in risk and compliance roles
- Experience within:
- BPO or high-volume service environments
- Strong knowledge of:
- Risk management frameworks
- Regulatory compliance standards
- Information security practices
