ABOUT THE ROLE

We have some amazing opportunities for proactive and solutions focused individuals to join our Cotton On product space. We are looking for Senior Product Developers across our brands to enable our vision by developing key ethical and sustainable lifestyle products that our customers love. You will enable our vision by leading and mentoring your Product team to develop ethical and sustainable lifestyle products that our customers love. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operating rhythm of the category and will be the pivotal link between our Buying and Product teams to ensure that we are delivering quality products that our customers know and love. You will partner with our buyers and suppliers to negotiate and manage product expectations track production manage product schedules contribute to fittings and review samples to ensure our products meet standards and frameworks. If you are passionate about leading a team to deliver on amazing products that make a difference then this could be your new role!

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Degree / qualification in relevant field Production i.e. Fashion Textiles
Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Product Developer role with the ability to lead and coach a team
Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence
Strong organisation planning and time management skills
Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand
Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and Illustrator.
