Job Summary

Join our team as a Debt Resolutions Specialist (Collector) at Interior Federal! We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist with our loan processes and ensure excellent member service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage delinquent loan accounts collect pastdue payments and coordinate collateral recovery
Process chargeoffs and escalate significant issues to the Debt Resolutions Supervisor
Monitor and work daily Overdraft Privilege Program (ODP) reports
Partner with members and collection agencies to set up Fresh Start arrangements and post payments
Respond to credit bureau disputes and maintain accurate documentation and account records

Qualifications

Experience: 13 years of similar or related experience
Education: High school diploma or GED
Skills:
- Strong communication and conflictresolution abilities
- Experience with Symitar preferred
- Proficient computer keyboarding and 10key skills
- Ability to lift or pull up to 25 pounds
