Engineering Graduates in Technical Sales (German C1+)

**This hybrid role has weekly on-site expectations in our Berlin office. Relocation support is available for EU citizens or candidates who currently hold a valid EU work permit depending on qualifications**

Use your engineering skills to sell real solutions no cold calling no constant travel.

At Formlabs you will combine your technical expertise with customer-facing work helping engineers and companies solve real-world manufacturing challenges using cutting-edge 3D printing technology. This is a sales role for engineers focused more on impact than quotas.

What youll do

• Engage with engineers and technical teams to understand their challenges

• Recommend design and implement solutions using our hardware and software

• Drive the sales process by translating technical solutions into customer impact

• Collaborate closely with our internal engineering and product teams

What this is NOT

• No cold calling

• No constant travel

• Not a role where you push products blindly

Who you are

• Engineer (mechanical electrical software or related) owning at least a bachelors degree

• German AND English speaker (C1 or higher level)

• Excited about technical sales and working closely with customers

• Problem-solver with excellent communication skills

• Motivated by closing deals through solving real engineering problems

Compensation: 60000 - 80000 EUR annual OTE (on target earnings) - includes an uncapped sales bonus and equity in the form of RSUs. By climbing our career ladder you can reach a 6-figure salary after a couple of years!
