Job Summary
HR Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to partner with the business and deliver highquality HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role combines strategic HR advisory employee relations expertise and data-driven insights to support organizational performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and frameworks in line with business needs and legal requirements
Advise managers on HR policies employee relations cases and complex people matters
Support performance management talent development succession planning compensation & benefits and retention initiatives
Deliver HR data analysis and insights to identify trends and improve engagement and performance
Support and participate in formal employee relations processes and hearings
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver trusted HR support
Continuously develop HR expertise and stay current on legislation technology and best practices
What You Bring
Bachelors degree or equivalent
3 to 6 years of HR experience in a generalist HRBP or advisory role
Strong knowledge of employee relations HR policies and employment law
Experience with HR data analysis and reporting
Ability to manage complex situations with sound judgment and business insight
Strong communication planning and stakeholder management skills
Some experience in leading or coordinating people or projects is an advantage
