Provide first and second-level support for business applications
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution
Work closely with internal teams and global stakeholders
Support system upgrades testing and implementations
Maintain documentation and ensure system reliability

Job requirements

Degree or diploma in IT Computer Science or a related field
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good command of English
Experience in application support or similar role is an advantage
