Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing (hourly) and corporate roles from requisition intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor providing guidance on sourcing interviewing and hiring decisions
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using direct outreach LinkedIn referrals internal candidates and niche platforms
• Conduct structured candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications fit and alignment with Methode values
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
• Prepare and recommend competitive offers in collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders
• Identify and proactively address risks to offer acceptance and hiring timelines
• Create and promote compelling job postings to support employer branding efforts
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes tools and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience including both manufacturing and corporate roles
• Strong interviewing assessment and stakeholder management skills
• Experience partnering with leaders at multiple organizational level

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
