What You Will Achieve

In this role you will:

• • Aid in the development of AI/LLM and data-driven digital products through rapid prototyping and MVP-first approaches to validate concepts and accelerate time-to-value.

  • Define and communicate a clear AI/LLM product vision and strategy that prioritizes speed experimentation and learning through iterative delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering design and business stakeholdersto quickly test hypotheses and refine product direction based on user feedback and data.

  • Establish and manage a lean product roadmap focused on delivering high-impact features with minimal viable scope while maintaining flexibility to pivot based on insights.

  • Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning with a focus on short cycles fast feedback loops and continuous improvement.

  • Champion a culture of experimentation encouraging A/B testing user research and analytics to inform product decisions.

  • Ensure MVPs are scalable and extensible laying the groundwork for future enhancements while meeting immediate business needs.

  • Oversee the creation of user stories prototypes and wireframes that reflect user-centric design principles and solve real-world problems.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs timelines and outcomes of MVP launches.

  • Foster a team environment that embraces ambiguity adapts quickly to change and thrives on delivering tangible results in compressed timeframes.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related discipline.

• 7 years of experience including product or program management and preferably exposure to rapid prototyping MVP development or agile delivery.

• Demonstrated success in contributing to MVP launches and improving products through iterative feedback cycles.

• Strong understanding of lean product development agile frameworks and usercentered design.

• Experience working in fastpaced environments where adaptability and rapid execution are essential.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform product direction.

• Excellent communication collaboration and storytelling skills to align teams and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to support crossfunctional teams and navigate ambiguity while driving progress.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Masters degree (MBA or related field) with a focus on innovation strategy or technology.

• Certifications in Agile Scrum Lean or related methodologies.

• Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Sketch) as well as analytics and experimentation platforms.

• Background in healthcare pharma or regulated industries with familiarity in managing compliance constraints during MVP development.

• Experience collaborating with distributed teams or global stakeholders.

• Prior experience in management consulting is a strong plus.

• Experience with Vibe Coding AI capabilities to mock up quick solutions
